Azure monitor workbooks – use existing query as source for subsequent query or part

Azure Monitor workbooks has great feature if you want to use existing query results in a new section of Azure Monitor.

The feature is called merge, and allows defining source to be ”duplicate table”.

With this approach you can run different parts without trying to do everything in the ”main query”, but rather define ”delta” queries for different visualizations
